Newer hotel located within walking distance of Southpark mall and many very good restaurants. Very clean, staff very nice. IRO serves very good meals all day long. Price higher than what we normally spend, but it was a special occasion.

We were there for a family wedding in the Myers Park area. Super convenient location. Great options both in the hotel and surrounding area for food and shopping. SouthPark was a five minute walk. Staff was beyond outstanding from the kind and always friendly checkin staff to the bar staff and restaurant staff on the second floor. It was a great place to sit, eat, or just have a drink or cup of coffee. Very comfortable area, well appointed. The valet staff went above and beyond getting vehicles out and ready when we were rushing to get to family events. The rooms were very nice with lovely bathroom areas. The shower was great. Overall an excellent experience. I grew up in the Foxcroft neighborhood and have to say this is a wonderful addition to the area.

This is my second time staying and it was top tier all over again! The bar and restaurant service is always kind, accommodating and helpful. Nicole who works for the Valet service was the absolute best! Aesthetically- this hotel has all the picture taking vibes! The bed sleeps amazingly! The rooftop bar MIZU always has good service. My partner loved the accessible lighting that automatically turns on at the base of the bed at night when you wake up to go to the bathroom. No fumbling for a light. It was just great! Never crowded! I loved it all!

Breakfast very good, but a paid for extra. Nearby parking. Hotel clean. Good size room with blackout blinds. Fridge in room. Well apppointment room The little lights at floor level which lit on movement detection were very useful when getting up to use toilet at night.

We were really pleased with our stay. Pulling into South Park we loved the secluded location of the hotel from the busy road. the lobby was decorated with great taste and elegance. All staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was perfect.

The room was so freezing It would have been helpful to have directions on how to increase the temp in the room at check in instead of thinking adjusting the thermostat would make it warmer I had to go to front desk and inquire how to increase the tempo and there were specific instructions. It was 69 degrees . Also I know we are not supposed to have pen and paper and guides about the hotel since covid but I would bring that back Cannot stand the bar code method

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric in Charlotte. The valet service is excellent. The front desk staff is attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The property is well kept and maintained with a cool vibe and ambiance. It's centrally located to some great restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and there are USB ports and smart TVs that are compatible with Google chrome cast. I stayed in a studio and it was quite spacious.

I only stay at hotels with Pelotons and this hotel had three! Exceptional Location and Breakfast (and coffee bar had great service (IRO). The roof top restaurant and bar was very very good (Mizu). The area around the hotel had a nice vibe with tons to do. As an alternative to staying downtown, check out this option. Only 15 minutes from the convention center.

The valet and staff, especially Krystal, were kind, helpful and efficient. Location away from a busy street and ease of access to the hotel and free parking are pluses. Hotel is fresh, clean and quiet. King suite is large and has excellent large bathroom. Japanese restaurant upstairs was very good. Close to restaurants and large mall.
